Jelqing Tip #3 - Increasing Pelvic and Penis Vasodilation

The basis behind jelqing is increasing the amount of blood (and blood pressure) that the penile cavities can contain. In doing so, this enlarges the penis. As this is the foundation of jelqing, why do the so-called "experts" on jelqing ignore the ostensibly obvious to this form of enlargement?

If we utilize the technique of jelqing to enlarge our penises, one of the main components of being successful in this enlargement process is to help encourage blood to the pelvis and the penis. There are many ways of doing this, pre-jelqing, or course. Why is this important?

It's important because you want to have the ultimate blood supply and pressure to the penis during your jelqing exercises. This gives you more blood and pressure to help accentuate your exercises. The simplest way to do this is by applying a hot and moist compress to the penis before starting your exercises. This softens the fibrous material that surrounds the inner penile cavities and encourages increased blood to the area. This is just a basic method. You not only want to encourage increased blood flow (through vasodilation opening of the arteries) to the penis, but to the entire pelvic cavity, as well.

A few simple methods to set your pelvis and penis up to get the most out of your jelqing exercises:

Hot Bath: A really hot bath, as hot as you can possibly stand it, will vasodilate (open up) the blood supply to the pelvis and in essence, increase the blood flow and blood pressure to the penis. Heat acts as a natural vasodilator (opening up of the arteries) and this is exactly what feeds blood to your penis to create an erection. By taking an extremely hot bath, this will encourage more blood flow to the penis and pelvic area. It's why sex is so much more dynamic after such an experience. The increase in pelvic blood stimulates the sexual experience. Be more careful with the skin on the penis after such a bath (it is more fragile and is more prone to tearing and abrasions) so monitor yourself and make sure you don't abuse the skin on your penis. This is important, as if you do break open the skin on the penis, this can lead to scarring and will have adverse affects on your size.

Sauna: Saunas are great for increasing circulation to the penis. It's no wonder that in most of Europe, saunas are equated with brothels. After the man has a sauna, he becomes more sexually stimulated; for many reasons, one of which is increased blood flow to the pelvis. Getting access to a sauna might be a bit difficult unless you have one at home. But they are common in gyms. Try to jelq as soon as possible after a sauna session.

Supplements: There are many supplements and foods that increase blood flow throughout the body. One of these is an ingredient found in peppers. This is capsaicin (this is what makes chilies and peppers "hot"). Capsaicin will increase overall blood flow through vasodilation. Eat some peppers (the hotter the better - try jalapenos, serranos, or habaneros - cook them with your dinner if you have to) 15 minutes before jelqing to help increase blood flow/pressure to the pelvis and penis for better results.
