Since women get aroused by language, her experience will be imagining the man he sees. The words that describe the sexy man or the experience goes a lot farther than just seeing the man.
If you think about it, why are romance novels exclusively read by women. Words in that book will excite and arouse a woman so much more than just seeing.
So to summarize:
Men and women are completely different in how they analyze and process words. Men and women also process emotions in completely different ways. Language for women cause very powerful emotions. When you use language in the right way, you can arouse and excite women all the time.
